Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am resigning from my position as a senior manager at (Company Name). I have been working in this position for three years and it has been an honor to work alongside you. My decision is due to ethical reasons which I will explain below.
I first learned about the unethical practices of the company when I was promoted to (position). I was appalled by the behavior of my co-workers who were willing to take bribes from clients in exchange for better deals or favorable treatment. It became clear that this was not an isolated incident but rather a systematic problem with no end in sight as long as management allowed it. The fact that these illegal activities were being tolerated led me to believe that management did not care about its employees or their wellbeing, especially considering how easily they could be replaced with someone more willing to engage in unethical behavior.
After much deliberation, I have decided that my values are incompatible with those of the(Company Name), and so I must resign from my position at your company immediately. I wish you all the best in your future ventures!

While it is true that there are many factors involved in this decision, there was one particular incident that caused me to reconsider staying with your company. In short, it was an ethical issue related to another employee’s performance which led me to believe that the rules were being broken at the expense of others who were doing their best despite having less support than they deserved.

Dear (name),
I am writing you this letter to inform you of my resignation from my position at the company due to ethical reasons. I will not be able to continue working for your company any longer because of the unethical behaviour that has been taking place.
The first unethical act is when the supervisor told us about a customer complaint and asked us for our opinion on how we should handle it. We were all shocked when he said that we should lie to the customer and tell them that they didn’t order the wrong product. This is an unethical act because it violates our code of conduct which states that employees should always tell the truth at all times.
Secondly, when I was working in customer service, there were several instances where customers complained about their orders and it was my job to solve their problems as best as possible. However, because time was short and there were many other orders, it was sometimes impossible for me to resolve their issue completely so I would just give them a refund on their order so that they would leave quickly without complaining anymore. This is also an unethical act because we are supposed to fix all problems even if it takes more work than expected.
